I spent 15 years negotiating directly with owners and C-level executives across Europe, the Americas, the Maghreb and the Middle East. Then I ran a 30-person healthcare organization — full P&L, team, digital transformation, 20% YoY growth. When the business was sold in 2021, I made a deliberate choice: invest 18 months building the technical stack I was missing. Not to change careers — to become more effective at what I've always done.
