Integrated within Clínica Corachán in Barcelona, is one of the most prestigious maxillofacial surgery and dentistry centers in Catalonia. The center operates at the intersection of high-complexity surgical medicine and private healthcare, a sector where clinical reputation, insurer relationships, and operational excellence are inseparable. Taking on full P&L and executive accountability meant inheriting that reputation and being responsible for everything that sustained it.
Expansion from 8 to 30 professionals over 9 years. 20%+ YoY revenue growth sustained consistently. High staff retention throughout. Strategic negotiations with major medical insurers for 30,000+ patient base, covering high-complexity surgical and dental procedures. Full analog-to-digital migration: GESDEN ERP/CRM, digital radiology, 100% data traceability. Custom Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks built from scratch.
Sustaining 20%+ annual growth for 9 consecutive years in one of Catalonia's most renowned specialist medical centers is not a standard management challenge. The insurer environment alone, negotiating coverage for high-complexity maxillofacial surgical procedures with medical directors who have structural leverage, requires preparation, sector knowledge and relationship depth that takes years to build. Scaling a team of highly specialized surgeons while maintaining institutional culture and staff retention adds another layer. The digital transformation ran in a live clinical environment where a system failure has patient consequences. All of this ran simultaneously for 9 years.
